The roads are amazing and extremely difficult to drive along the mountains, featured in luxury car commercials, while being nightmares for tourist drivers, and ambulance drivers trying to ferry the needy through JAMS and one way equivalent wide roads ( if we were in America). The roads have been designated UNESCO world heritage sites, and cannot be dramatically improved.
We Americans are SPOILED.
