Fire and Fury
This sounds and looks like some of the hateful, judgmental descriptions of God by the “ancients” in some sections of the Old Testament. Someday even the ignorant, and the religiously ignorant, will start to understand the real God, and then we can move collectively towards a higher vision for mankind.
Our POTU$ has a fourth grade education level understanding of religion, and at times confuses God with Santa Claus, or with the Devil. Those who are ignorant of the interior dimensions of their own being, like Trump, are the most susceptible to fantasy thinking, the delusions of grandeur, and the collective idiocy associated with all “pseudo religious thinkers”.
If we “believe in God”, what on earth does that mean?
Is God just our pathetic servant that administers our hate to the world?
Is this understanding making “America Great Again”?
What is our personal view of the world, and our relationship with all of the life upon it?
Guess what?
That is what “God” delivers back to us! (“As a man (woman) sees/thinks in their heart, so it is unto them”).
Life is a self-fulfilling prophesy, and we walk into the world that we have already created, and co-created with others, within our minds and hearts.
We don’t need a thick story book like the Bible to learn that simple, profound truth. Apparently, not enough people have discerned the truth trying to be communicated within that old book. There instead continues to be a focus on the outdated tribal narratives that blame and scapegoat others for all our problems by eschewing personal responsibility, and a host of other hand-me-down misunderstandings taught for many hundreds of years by ignorant religious elements within the family, and the so-called “religious” world.
Our world needs new universal religious texts and teachings that transcend all religions and the subsequent tribalism associated with them. Mastering “The Art And Science Of Seeing All Life Through The New Lens Of Insight, Love And Compassion” would be better source material for good universal understanding and enlightenment.
“All that we now see, or will ever see, unto eternity, is our self.
How will we see our self today?”
The collective answer to that question determines the quality and characteristics of the world that we all live in today.
A new, more universally conscious collective answer to that question may save the world from the evil/ignorance of the powerful and the “religious”. The real Christianity based upon Jesus of Nazareth’s affinity for the poor (and the Prodigal Son, of which he identified with), and Saint Paul’s mystical teachings is an abomination to those who profess love for the “fire and brimstone” Old Testament concept of the “higher power”.
I dare say that right now there are only a minority of Christians that truly understand their religion and its implications. And the world remains persecuted and oppressed by all of the corrupted religious and political leaders professing loyalty to their particular religion, be it Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Rastafarian, or pick one or twenty more to place here.
“God, please save me from those who claim allegiance to you” (seen on a bumper sticker)
Please, save yourself
